Final Walk-Through Tips
Don’t forget to do a final walk-through before closing! This is your last opportunity to check that nothing has happened since you first looked at it. It also gives you a chance to see everything now that furniture is not obstructing anything. Ask for our Walk Through Checklist when we do the inspection.
After the closing, you can take your closing papers to the city and get your water turned on.
